TWO POSTS IN ONE DAY???

 It's a record! LOL!

The other big news is that Isaac & Zac started preschool this week! What? How the heck did that happen? They started Monday and will be going in the afternoons Monday thru Thursday from now on. And it gets even better. Today the rode the bus to & from school and they loved it! So Rhiana is in 4th grade (9 going on 21) and now my babies are in preschool? I'm not sure how much more I can take!

OMG...a new post on our Family blog?

Yes, I know...it has been FOREVER since I posted anything on here. To be honest, I had kind of forgotten about it but when I started setting blogs up for my book Immortal Threat Blogger was kind enough to remind me that I do indeed have one set up called Gaydos Family News. Not that anyone really reads this one but since I'm trying to blog more for book promotions then I'll try to do some for family news as well.

And what a lovely way to start off...TOTALLY rambling. Oh well. Anyway...

Let's add some pics to make the update a little more exciting & visual!

These are the pictures that we had taken in November 2012 (all photos were taken by Jill Oriente) and we had a lot of fun. I started working at Target Portrait Studios in October so the combination of my employee discount and my boss's skills helped make it successful because Isaac & Zac did not want to stand still.

Proud big sister

Rhiana is incredibly proud of becoming a big sister. She completley adores her little brothers. During their stay in the NICU Rhiana always had to wear a mask when she was there. When she was finally able to hold them (Isaac on bottom and Zac on top) it strengthend her bond with them even more.

Bonding

Jim holding Isaac in the NICU.

In the NICU

Isaac Scott (bottom photo) and Zachary John (top) were born at 11:35 and 11:36 am on Friday, May 22nd, 2009. Since they were born 6 weeks early they were swept away to the NICU right away.

Excited Daddy

Jim was a tad more enthusiastic about going into the OR - I think I was just too tired to get excited. He wasn't allowed in there when Rhiana was born so I'm sure that had a lot to do with it.

Let's give this blogging thing a go...

I'm new to this whole blogging thing but I'm going to give it a go. I am hoping that this will help me get updates out to our family and friends on the wonderful life we are living here in San Diego. I guess I will start out with the amazing event that happened in May - the birth of our twin boys Isaac Scott and Zachary John. They were born on May 22nd, 2009. This is a picture of Rhiana and I the morning of May 22nd. We took her to school and then went to Naval Medical Center San Diego to check in for my c-section. The boys were 6 weeks early but my body was ready for their delivery, as you can tell.
